Life coaching is for those who are looking for greater clarity, direction or momentum in
their lives.
You may be at a crossroads, considering a career or lifestyle change, feeling that you have
lost sight of what matters to you, or simply knowing that you are capable of more but aren't
sure how to move forward.
Coaching gives you dedicated space to step back from the noise, think clearly and explore
what you really want.
My approach is thoughtful, challenging and practical.
Together, we look at what is getting in the way — including assumptions, habits and
patterns that may be limiting your choices. We clarify what matters, identify where you
want to go and turn insight into meaningful action.
I won't tell you what you should do. I will ask the questions that help you see more clearly,
challenge you when you are stuck, and support you in making decisions that are genuinely
your own.
As an integrative psychotherapist and Enneagram teacher, I bring psychological
understanding to my coaching work.
This means we can look beyond goals and strategies when necessary, exploring the
beliefs, patterns and internal conflicts that can make change difficult.
Coaching is primarily forward-looking. It focuses on where you are now, where you want
to go and what needs to happen to get there.
Therapy is more appropriate when you are struggling with significant emotional distress,
unresolved trauma, or difficulties that require deeper therapeutic support.
Sometimes the distinction isn't immediately clear. We can explore this together and
decide what kind of support would be most useful.
